We start from deciding what to build
Your requirements do not need to be settled. Describe the problem you are facing and we will map out which parts automation can solve, with an estimated scope, before anything is committed.
What you can commission
AI workflow automation and agents
n8n workflow design, bespoke LLM pipelines, and integration with the systems you already run. Repetitive work gets handed to an agent.
Web, app and software development
Total architecture from a CTO with twenty years behind it. Planning, design, build, deployment and operations stay with one team.
Cross-border commerce consulting
Automation across sourcing, listing, pricing and order sync — designed from the perspective of someone who has run a store.
What happens after you get in touch
Nothing is charged up to and including the quote. Concluding that we should not build it is a fine outcome.

Enquiry
Send the form or an email. We reply within one to two business days. Your requirements do not need to be settled.
- 02Free
Scoping call
We decide together what to build and how far to take it, and we are candid about which parts automation will not solve.
- 03
Quote and timeline
You receive cost and schedule in writing against the agreed scope. If the scope moves, the cost is recalculated.
- 04
Contract
Signed with a scope-of-work annex. Acceptance criteria are agreed up front, not at the end.
- 05
Build with check-ins
You see working screens regularly. Nothing is revealed for the first time at delivery.
- 06
Delivery and operations
We deploy and hand over. If you would rather not run it yourself, we can operate and maintain it.

Frequently asked
What does it cost?
It depends heavily on scope. A well-bounded automation workflow typically lands in the low thousands of USD; a full service build with authentication, payments and an admin area is usually tens of thousands. You receive a written quote after the scoping call, and neither the call nor the quote is charged.
How long does it take?
Automation workflows run two to four weeks; web or app builds are typically two to four months. The more external systems involved, the longer it runs. If your deadline is tight, we will propose cutting scope so something working ships first.
Who owns the source code?
On final payment, ownership of the deliverable transfers to you. We hand over the entire repository, and Yejua neither retains nor resells it.
Do you maintain it after delivery?
Yes. A defect-fix period is included in the contract, and later feature work or managed operations is arranged monthly or per request. If you prefer to run it yourself, we hand over documentation with it.
Can I commission without a specification?
Yes — and the result is usually better that way. Tell us the problem you are facing and we will map out which parts automation can solve, along with an estimated scope.
Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. Request one before the scoping call and we will proceed on that basis. Materials you share are used only for evaluation and destroyed afterwards.
Do you work on-site?
We work remotely by default. In-person meetings at key points can be arranged, but we do not take engagements that require permanent on-site presence.
